The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing insurance claims related to digital and metal coins, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payouts.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate insurance claims to determine validity and coverage eligibility.
• Analyze supporting documentation and data to make informed decisions on claim approvals or denials.
• Communicate with claimants to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status.
• Collaborate with the insurance and customer support teams to resolve discrepancies and address claimant concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of claim assessments and decisions.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve claims processing efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Insurance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in insurance claims review or a similar role within the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital currencies and blockchain technology is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using claims management software and other relevant tools.
